How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee beans?
We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 48 hours of roasting. Each bag features a one-way degassing valve and a resealable zipper to maintain peak flavor and aroma.
Where does Exhale Coffee Co source its beans?
We source 100% Arabica beans through direct trade relationships with sustainable farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil, ensuring fair wages for farmers and high-quality crops.
What is your standard shipping timeframe?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our roasting facility.
Can I return my coffee if I'm not satisfied with the taste?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
Yes! You can choose your favorite blend and delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) to save 15% on every order. Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time.
Are your coffee bags recyclable?
We use high-barrier compostable packaging for our 12oz bags. Please remove the tin-tie or plastic valve before placing the bag in your industrial composting bin.
